Application design -- Help needed

Dear all, I am very new to Symbian OS application development. I am working with Carbide C++ using S60 3rd Edition MR. In my application I need to have multiple dialog (or forms). This means that, when I select a option from Menu I want to display a new screen with new components. Is it possible ? I search through Wiki and I didn't find any samples or tutorial or articles. Bluetooth Sockets

The document "A Guide to P.I.P.S." mentions Bluetooth socket, but they seem not to be implemented (for example, I could not find the function strtoba).
